Svc on 1/25 - 1/27. My main complaint is that the odometer reading was reported incorrectly, adding 20,000 miles. This shows as major discrepancy on Carfax. Cause of a damaged windshield was coincidental to scheduled service. Scott diagnosed damage to windshield and settled the manner in a satisfactory with the customer. Everything was great except on thing. I called 1 week ahead of time to ensure that I would have a loaner ready and I asked for a Mercedes because I had errands to run and did not want to wait around. When I arrived at the dealership, there were not any Mercedes cars available, nor for that matter, any loaners available. I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for a car. I had thought that calling one week ahead of time will ensure that a Mercedes was "put aside" for me knowing that I had requested one. My last visit I was told that it was on a first come first serve basis as far as the Mercedes cars were concerned, that's exactly why I called and made my appt. with plenty of time to ensure getting a Mercedes. My service tech that came out to my ranch yesterday was very professional, clean, & helpful. He did as I asked & was very pleasant to dela with. We had a broken air conditioner in our new car (2009). We were helped immediately and kept up to date on the repairs.
