Rich is always helpful, responsive and prompt. The work was done timely and he reported on its completion the minute it was done. Our experience with MB of Tucson has been nothing but outstanding. We recently purchased an SLK 300. Our sales consultant was John Scott. We had been looking for a new car and were considering Volvo, BMW & Mercedes. I had been to several dealerships in Tucson & scheduled a full day with my wife for car looking. I was interested in looking at a beautiful SLK 300 I had found on line at the dealership Web site but did not really think it was in our price range. John called me back promptly and we scheduled an appointment late that afternoon. We looked & drove a number of different cars that day with this SLK being the last. John was great , easy to talk to , knowledgeable & gave us any information we wanted without being intrusive or pushy. As he said later after the deal " I think the car sells itself ". My wife drove it & fell in love with it as did I. Her last words before she had to run off for an appointment was " make it happen ". John made us a fair offer on our trade & the price on the SLK was reduced so we could make the deal on our dream car. We purchased the car the next day with the sales & financing process going very smoothly. Greg Hart is the finance manager & he went through all the paperwork with me & very effectively answered all my questions. I have had a few questions since & John has always quickly gotten back to me & seen to it that I was taken care of quickly & efficiently. Obviously we are very excited about our new MB & would highly recommend MB of Tucson, sales consultant John Scott & others that helped us purchase our beautiful new Mercedes. Steve Hoge More

Hi, After noticing my ML350 was displaying a -600 along with a wrench I took it to the dealer to make sure everything was ok. My service advisor explained to me it need maintenance and recommended a variet with a wrench I took it to the dealer to make sure everything was ok. My service advisor explained to me it need maintenance and recommended a variety of things needed to be done. I immediately noticed some that we could pass on due to recent service or the wipers for instance functioning well which could lower the cost without compromising the cars optimal performance. This conversation took place right in front of the office, he invited me to go inside and check what types of service has been done and proceeded to mention them... meanwhile I was lost and just agreed.(I would have felt more comfortable leaving my car if I had understood) When it comes to my vehicle I want to make sure I keep up with all the needed maintenance to ensure I have a reliable and well maintain vehicle for years to come, I was advised about some upcoming maintenance and I truly appreciated that. I think that my advisor is professional not very much of a friendly individual. I also think I feel more comfortable with him now than when he was first assign to us. I would love to have been advised in detail everything that was done to my car, from the type of oil used to what the outcome would have been if we wouldn't have had it replaced, I honestly feel a little rushed never the less I love that I'm provided with a loaner while my car is been serviced and I can continue my daily routine without any mayor interference! I had two times within 2 weeks to have warranted service because of a battery and vacuum problem. I just dropped in not expecting anything but information and one time Rich fixed it while I waited and the o because of a battery and vacuum problem.
