Jason Cowdry is the first Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Tucson that I have found to be professional and communicative. As well, the Service Technician, Franco Macias, who has serviced my Mercedes-Benz of Tucson that I have found to be professional and communicative. As well, the Service Technician, Franco Macias, who has serviced my car on previous visits, has always been attentive, professional, and communicative. After previous service experiences at MB Tucson, the lack of good communication between Service Advisors and me, the return visits and errors on quotes, I'd decided it would be better for me to drive to Chandler for MB Service, where I was acquainted with the manager. Distance was a deterring factor, and so I decided to give MB of Tucson one more chance. This time I selected my own Service advisor, rather than be assigned one as in the past. I request Jason Cowdry as advisor, and then asked him if either Franco Macias or Mark Holz were available for servicing my car. It was the best service experience ever, and that included my Mercedes being washed and delivered to the front driveway as beautiful as new. I drove off happy and pleased that I had given MB of Tucson another chance. More

My only constructive comment might be that when a customer brings in his or her Mercedes for service and you have a courtesy car of equal or better class and you are interested in the customer thinking about buying new or upgrading, you might give them a courtesy car that would entice them to step up. They found the tires in 24 hours (my tires are a unique size). The tires were ordered after obtaining my approval. They were mounted, balanced and the car was ready a few days later. They provided me a loaner care throughout the repair period. The service representative, Steve, and each employee encountered were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I don't think I could have had a better service experience, anywhere! More

I purchased a used SLK350 in October 2011 from Marc Narosny. During the negotiation, he agreed to have the service department go through the car and tighten up any rattles, however once the deal was d Narosny. During the negotiation, he agreed to have the service department go through the car and tighten up any rattles, however once the deal was done, the Service Manager decided it was not necessary and would not be done since I was purchasing an "Internet Special" and they were not making enough money on it. The dealership also, unknown to me, only decided to give me a 6 month registration on the vehicle, instead of the standard and customary one year. When Mr. DeCook, the Sales Manager, heard of my experience, he apologized profusely and offered a complementary top notch detail job next time I brought the car in. Well, I just got back from bringing it in for service. I reminded about and requested the promised detail job when I made the appointment and again to my service adviser, Tina Griffith, when I brought it. Well, when I got it back, they had simply washed the outside. When I asked Ms. Griffith about it, she said she forgot to tell them to do the detail job. My only offered option was to simply wait another hour and have them do it then. Very disappointing for a high end, supposedly customer service oriented dealership. Love the car, extremely disappointed in the dealer. More
