Mercedes-Benz of Tucson prides ourselves in excellence and is never happy when we let a customer down. General Manager John Hornbeck personally contacted Ms. Lyle asking her to give Mercedes-Benz of Tucson an opportunity to restore her faith in the Dealership, assuring her of a better (top notch) experience in the future. Mr. Hornbeck also explained the policy set forth by the State of Arizona for determining Arizona registration fees which resulted in the client’s receipt of the six month registration. The client was satisfied with the explanation as she was not aware that the registration fees were only renewable to the anniversary month of the vehicle, which was six months from her date of purchase. Mr. Hornbeck than arranged for one of our staff members to drop off a loaner vehicle to Ms. Lyle and pick up her vehicle, bringing it back to the Dealership for a complete car detail. When the vehicle was finished, it was then delivered back to her residence. Our entire staff is proud to be of service and we look forward to exceeding your expectations in the years to come.
