Totally disgustingly, rude, racist staff! I, (African American) was confronted by staff during a visit in December 2019, wherein I was screamed at and the term "xxxxxx" was used in my presenc I, (African American) was confronted by staff during a visit in December 2019, wherein I was screamed at and the term "xxxxxx" was used in my presence. A "scripted" limited apology was rendered only after I complained to the General Manager, John Hornbeck. I did not accept the apology as I felt that the apologies were not sincere. When I first approached Mr. Hornbeck about the situation he seemed detached and unconcerned and it was only when I stated that I would pursue the matter 'legally" and involve the "media" did he decide to intervene. As of date, no resolutions and these rude individuals still maintain their 'jobs". My compensation: Mr. Hornbeck stated that when I return to continue my transaction, I would not be serviced by these individuals. WOW! More

I made an appointment to get a recalled Takata airbag replaced and to also change the oil. They gave me a waiting time of 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Of course the work was not completed within that time. I waited another hour and when it still was not completed I finally tried to get a hold of the Service advisor David Layton. He was on the phone and said he would check 40 minutes later I still not heard from him and ask him again. Of course he never once voluntarily came out to inform me of the progress. When he finally came out to talk to me he was to tell me that it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. After another 40 minutes went by and still no van and no one keeping me informed, I went up to him to try to get the information I needed at which time he informed me it would probably be another 30 minutes. He also informed me that they did not even start working on my vehicle until an hour or more after I had my appointment . After being there for five hours I finally got to talk to Jill and Scot, the service managers, to tell them the problems I was having with their service advisor. By that time, I was very angry and very stressed thinking that maybe there was more wrong with my van . Until Mercedes fixes the problem they seem to have with keeping their customers informed I do not recommend this place. Unfortunately it is the only place in Tucson to service my Mercedes. More
Great car buying experience I have never owned a Mercedes and was thinking of buying through Carvana. After talking to a very knowledgeable salesman Allen Pollack. I was quick educated on all the things I should consider before buying a car. A few days later I drove to Tucson to meet him. I was so impressed by him staying in touch with me and I drove away in my new Mercedes. It was an amazing experience. More

HORRIBLE Adrian was OK 1st day 2nd day he was stressed and did not care as much at the end all he wanted was a sale. I let him know I would never go back felt pressure at the end did not want to purchase due to Greg finance being unprofessional and rude . I asked Greg a simple question where in my contract does it show you gave me a discount all he said " We did give one you can go ahead and write a check for original yet he could not explain , he started laughing sarcastically and was very rude . I left his office so I can cool down came back gave him paperwork and told him to mail me my check . I called an Huber so I can leave Adrian came after me I told him and he said I will talk to him he shouldn't of done that and just wanted to make the sale Adrian did not care either . Ended up taking the Sprinter felt pressure by Adrian he brought all paperwork outside and would not take no for an answer I in the car very upset and pressured. NOT TO MENTIONED I SPEND 4 HOURS AND $42, 560.79 FOR THAT TREATMENT I'm still in shock ! Very disappointing in such a high standard company how I was treated . I will never go back I wanted to write a review so other customers pay attention and they don't get mistreated finance has the responsibility to answer your questions and don't get pressure by a sales person that just wants to make his commission , Thank you Greg and Adrian for the horrible experience you gave me . From the time you arrive you are treated with friendliness... there is always fresh Coffee, hot cocoa, water, sodas, fruit, power bars... and helpful staff all around. Getting Deposit Back My experience started out good. I custom ordered a car, paid for the deposit ($1000), but by the time it got here I didn’t want it anymore and had my My experience started out good. It’s not like I ordered a yellow car with pink interior, by custom made I mean that I added the nice leather interior. This is when it all started to go bad. I asked for my refund, which Tamara said she would try to get. I’ve emailed her numerous times about the situation and she never answers (customer service was great before). I never signed anything that said the deposit was “non refundable” and if I did I asked her to send it to me, they said they would get back to me with that and never did. I have a copy of the deposit with me and it doesn’t say the deposit is non refundable. Very disappointed that I never got an answer back from them, this was back in March and they still can’t call back. (I don’t live in Tucson or else I would’ve gone to the dealership by now) More
