Professional, courteous, On time. My C300 running was running rough no codes. I Dropped off car, got diagnosis, car needed piston replaced and fuel injectors. Week later car repaired My C300 running was running rough no codes. I Dropped off car, got diagnosis, car needed piston replaced and fuel injectors. Week later car repaired and delivered zero issues. Phenomenal service. I was always informed of the progress and if there were going to be any delays. I have to say when I found out that the piston was needing replacement I figured MB would do a motor swap. When I found out MB would rebuild I was a little disappointed, I have been in this situation before with another car brand and it was a nightmare, upon delivery new noises, car never ran the same, leaking, having to go back multiple times and I was without a car for weeks to months, With MB I made online appointment, Jose Hernandez wrote up ticket and informed me about everything, set me up with a loaner and told me not to worry. I immediately contacted Jackie and Rami and Devon and had them start looking for another car for me due to my low confidence in the repair that was going to be done. that team did exactly what I asked, but also told me I should really keep my car there will be no problems and If there is it will be taken care of. Well I took their advice my car was delivered to me and there have been absolutely zero problems with my car. I cannot say enough about the service, sales, parts all the MB Temecula team that had to deal with me and yes I will tell you I am not the easiest customer to deal with, isn't that right Jackie, Jose, Rami and Devon!! You are all Professionals and because of your Professionalism, loyalty and service I am now and forever will be a MB owner for Life. Thank you all. Antonio Baca More

Simple repair took 4 days. I have always had a good experience Mercedes Benz Temecula. This time however I took it in because my windshield washer line was blocked. It was repaired at no charge because it is still under warranty. I usually get a call or text when it is ready. When I called back four days later, I was told it was ready. I know this is a small thing but I feel it is less than the usual awesome service. More
