I was not contacted by the dealership to make arrangements for my travel but I was sent a invoice to pay them. After talking to them about the matter they assured me someone would contact me first thing in the morning and that was not the case. I had to reach out to them again and didn't have the energy to make a issue so I got my car and left. 26 hours for a oil change with an appointment. More

They are able to turn off the light and fix the problem but it seems to happen again in no time. We had a problem with the air conditioner that a part was replaced and it still continued to happen. The entire thing was replaced this time but after we had to deal with the problem for months because we were in need of the Van instead of a little rental car. The courtesy was not so great either. We were not contacted until the vehicle was ready for pick up with a balance due. We would have choosen not to fix the item (the beeper from the step) for the 180.00 had we been notified. More

Disappointed After having an appointment for three weeks and requesting a loaner there was not one available. hmmm....?????? The wait was long and tedious to get a car from Enterprise.....a process i would rather have avoided having scheduled my morning with other errands. it took longer to get a loaner than it did to service my car! I received and email recommending additional services and to reply yes or no....of course the website was frozen so I called....no answer in the service dept. 2xs and a receptionist that was less than helpful. More
