So sad that I passed up several dealers to come here since my last service experience was pretty good so I decided to request the same person I d So sad that I passed up several dealers to come here since my last service experience was pretty good so I decided to request the same person I dealt with previously (Manny Hershaw). Turns out he's out on medical leave and I wasn't told until the time of the appointment. But I figured how bad could it be...big mistake! Well let me start by saying Reza Nejad (I'm sure I butchered that) did a decent job even though his communication was poor, ultimately, he did what he was supposed to do and got things done. I can excuse the forgotten phone calls because I know I'm not his only customer. HOWEVER, I cannot excuse the service guy joyriding in my car speeding thru the parking lot risking serious injury to myself, my mother who was parked near by waiting for me, and everyone else that happened to be there at closing! Not mention my car having nearly 4 or 5 extra miles beyond the ending service mileage. Was I sure this was my car...yup! I knew it was my car with VETERAN PLATES and watching this fool who couldn't have possibly earned these plates dog my car was very disheartening! He flew past me and the concierge who was looking for my keys at the time and I yelled hey that's my car right there! He asked me was I sure and I asked how many Tx veterans dropped a red Benz off today! I was so upset, I stood there waiting for an apology and to this day it hasn't happened. To top things off I kept hearing a banging in the trunk and my spare kit was simply throw in my trunk. I guess he was so focused on dogging my car he never bothered to put the kit back! So annoyed I can't even with this place! More
Awful arrival experience. Lack of professionalism. Arrived for my appointment at 0840. Greeted by valet promptly. Waited on the valet drive until 900, and engaged valet when people behind me were being assisted by Service Advisors. Our Service Advisor arrived soon after, and was dressed poorly, and gave excuse of, "Sorry folks, I wasn't advised that you were here". He looked disheveled, wrinkled shirt, wrinkled slacks. His overall dialog was not articulate, included slang, and was not gracious in tone. On the flip side, our Loan Car Coordinator Ron Alsobrooks was fantastic! He displayed sympathy, empathy, and was very genuine. He represented the dealership well, unlike the Service Advisor. Complimentary Car Wash did a terrible job, as the vehicle had water spotting on all the windows and lift-gate area. More
Replaced front windshield The staff were great. Very courteous and helpful. The windshield was replaced promptly. We asked if we could get the windshield tinted that same day, The staff were great. When we took it to the tinting place, the attendant said it was too soon to tint. We called your dealer to double-check and the answer was it was ok to tint. Afterwards, the attendant said, the sealant was coming off onto his tool which indicated that the sealant was not fully seated and cured. Frankly, it is frustrating not to get a clear answer when we asked the question multiple times. If the windshield ends up leaking, we will definitely be bringing it back for Mercedes to correct. More

Tried to think as critically and expeditiously as possible, and the Bright Light came on- phone the Nearest Mercedes Dealership. And what a wonderful experience. I no longer felt alone, or confused, and truly felt at Home, far away from Home. Outstanding service in every aspect. From phone introduction, to on site attention and service. This is why I own a Mercedes. My friend was absolutely impressed, and commented how her service would Never have preformed so exceptionally. Please thank everyone involved. The Leadership must be outstanding to encourage and deliver such consistent, professional thoughtful experience. More
