Sam called us when the car was ready and the service was completed with 15 minutes of Sam’s estimation. We needed a ride to the clinic and the Uber process took about 3 hours. This was frustrating. Sam filled our gas tank which was appreciated but I feel the Uber process should could be better. More

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that in the calls that I have have made to the service department they were extremely delayed in responding to me. I can appreciate that the representatives are very busy and there is a text message option but sometimes I need to voice my concerns to an actual human. I will bring my car back and recommend this location to friends. Unfortunately the following day after service the check engine light came on which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, not to mention expensive considering the last payment I just made. More
