When I think about my experience over the years, the words Amazing, Awesome, Professional, Honest, Trustworthy, First Class, World Class all come to mind. However, the truth of the matter is that are no words that justly describe what an incredible experience it is working with Vincent Troncoso and the Mercedes-Benz of Temecula team. The reality is that they are in a class of their own, unlike any other. Vincent always works as hard to get me what I want and get the deal done as he would for himself. In December, I purchased a 2015 ML250. Friday, I purchased a 2015 C300. Yet again, I have 2 gorgeous Mercedes-Benz sitting in my garage. Thank you Vincent! More

rude and unprofessional , away from sales managers I tried to buy a new car there but I regard to go over there to buying any more cars. The sales person was nice and he/she tried to found me a car. They tried to push us to something that we don't want and basically they told us TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. so, I went to MBZ of Escondido and get me a new car with excellent deal. So, I don't recommend MBZ of Temecula to anyone. More

MORE THAN A DEALERSHIP Today was my first appointment with Mercedes Benz of Temecula. Upon arriving I was properly greeted, met with a qualified service technician, then shown to the waiting area. The dealership isn't really a typical dealership... It's closer to an auto extravaganza - Wow! The waiting area had not only the typical items to drink, but there was a server to provide them. I wasn't hungry, but I think there was sandwiches to purchase as well. As far as the facility, I saw marble floors, high end fixtures, and an overall beautiful appearance. It wasn't clean though... It was sterile. Lastly, the entire staff was kind, polite, and very helpful. Also, a gentlemen named Marvin proved to be very helpful with pairing my phone and providing information that I couldn't figure out using the owners manual. Subsequently, I give the grade of A+ to today's visit. Thank you. More

Each time I returned to shop for another Mercedes, they had my current Mercedes cleaned for me. The general manager made a point to find me within the dealership and personally thank me for my business. As a customer, I felt appreciated, and I will never buy a Mercedes anywhere else. More
