WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DEALERSHIP WAS MY FIRST THOUGHT... I HAD MY MEETING WITH RAMON AND A CHIEF MECHANIC AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH THE TRANSMISSION. RAMON SAID THEY ARE GOING TO RUN SOME TESTS ON IT AND HE WILL LET ME KNOW. THE NEXT DAY, RAMON CALLED ME AND TOLD ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AT THAT TIME. I MENTIONED TO HIM THAT I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH AN AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY AND GAVE HIM THEIR COORDINATES FOR HIM TO CALL AND FIND OUT IF IT COVERED THIS PROBLEM. However, the truth of the matter is that are no words that justly describe what an incredible experience it is working with Vincent Troncoso and the Mercedes-Benz of Temecula team. The reality is that they are in a class of their own, unlike any other. Vincent always works as hard to get me what I want and get the deal done as he would for himself. In December, I purchased a 2015 ML250. Friday, I purchased a 2015 C300. Yet again, I have 2 gorgeous Mercedes-Benz sitting in my garage. Thank you Vincent! More
