Thorough service, yet missing piece Our rep/agent Alvaro provided us with excellent & courteous service, as I have no complaints there in that respect - yet our van WAS missing one plast Our rep/agent Alvaro provided us with excellent & courteous service, as I have no complaints there in that respect - yet our van WAS missing one plastic peg that goes into the front console (dashboard) when we picked it up from the center. I suppose it just popped out when the workers were cleaning the interior of the vehicle, but it wasn't replaced. I left message about it a couple of days a few days after we left the place, and haven't received a call back about it since. More

The staff at the dealership have been very welcoming…small town feeling and everyone knows your name and dog Molly! From Michelle in the drop off area to Ashley at the Concierge, they always welcome you like it was your first time there. The first two weeks moving here we had to take our cars in for service 3x and all went well.
