A Unique and Awesome Experience Lee I speak for my wife also when I say that it was truly a great car buying experience shopping at Mercedes Benz of Temecula(MBT). We arrived at Mer Lee I speak for my wife also when I say that it was truly a great car buying experience shopping at Mercedes Benz of Temecula(MBT). We arrived at Mercedes Benz by happen chance. We were test driving cars and our last car was a lexus. We were set on getting a lexus and were in the process of completing our decision when my wife said lets go look at the BMWs just for fun. We were driving around on Inez Rd when we spotted Mercedes Benz in the background and we decided to go and look. She had heard about the C class but had not given it much thought. When we arrived at MBT we looked around and this nice guy (Lee) came up and asked if we needed anything and if we wanted help or to look around on our own. This was new to us because most sales people just assume that you want help . He did not persist on helping us but lettting us ask questions. He not only answered our questions but encouraged us to think about our decision prior to making it. We left and told him we would let him know and he smiled and said good decision and offered us some coffee. We had to leave and told him thanks. He smiled and shock our hands and we left. There was no pressure to do anything. Like most of the decisions we make we took our time to think about it and almost a week later we returned. We had looked up a C Class car on line and wanted to inquire about it. When we arrived we asked for Lee and again he helped us. Letting us look in any car that we wanted. When we made our decision everything went smooth. We signed the papers and went through the vehicle operations from bumper to bumper. It was a totally awesome and unique experience. Thanks MBOT.
