I do want to make note of Travis helping me out last year when I test drove the new Mercedes SUV's-he is also to be commended. I asked for him but it was his day off and I do not live in Temecula. I preferred the Temecula experience to buying in OC. Plus they had the perfect car for me! Thank you for a great experience. More

He gave me an update before the end of the day and when they discovered a problem he called immediately to discuss my options. He and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. More

Each time I’ve had the need to have my vehicle serviced at MB of Temecula, Sam has been readily available to greet me, and ensure all of my customer needs are not only met, but exceeded. The first to arrive in the mornings, and the last to leave in the evening, in my opinion Sam’s leadership by example style and work ethic sets a standard by which all service manager’s should be measured. In addition I’d like to acknowledge my Service Advisor, Gustavo Alarco. Highly professional, knowledgeable and personable, Gustavo is an outstanding new addition to the team. It was clear to me he is the type of employee who puts the customer first, and would be “go to player” in any organization. Upsetting I was hoping this Mercedes of Fletcher Jones brand dealership would help me. I was wrong. This is the 2nd time I've been upset with Mercedes of Flet I was hoping this Mercedes of Fletcher Jones brand dealership would help me. I was wrong. This is the 2nd time I've been upset with Mercedes of Fletcher Jones. The first was about 15 years ago with Mercedes of Fletcher Jones Newport Beach... the culture still hasn't changed for the best. On this visit it was apparent to me that this dealership felt more like an auto museum rather than a dealership that wanted to sell cars (no activity going on). I've owned 2 Mercedes over the last 20 years but have been much more happier with the customer service I've experienced with BMW. Over the last 20 years I've owned 5 BMW's so it looks like I'll continue with BMW. This dealership just affirmed with me to stay with BMW brand. I was pleasantly greeted and my salesperson knew his product. However he failed to listen to me. I told him I already had my financing approved and was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned c-class. I test drove a nice C250 and the price although a bit high he assured me he could negotiate. It was all down hill from there. I told him my financing was approved at 3.1% for 60 mos and BMW offered me $4000 for my trade and I told him what my credit scores were from each bureau. He assured me that he was only going to run my credit with one bureau to see if he can offer me a better used car rate because he could get better rate on CPO's. Ha, Ha.. he came back with 12.9% for 72 mos and then only offered $2500 on my trade and then told me he ran 2 credit bureaus.. I mean why even come back to tell me how much his dealership was willing to screw me over. No shame here. Then of course he wanted the finance manager to sit down with me to see what I could do.. I'm laughing and wouldn't even let his finance cronie get two words out before I said give me the my keys and registration and I immediately bolted for the exit. As I was getting back into my BMW another sales manager came up to me and talked to me while I was in my car trying to leave. John was nice and calmed me down a bit and said he'll give me another $750 on my trade-in and for me to just take the financing and make a few payments and then refi.. Really? Refi after a few months? This dealership must think all it's customers are idiots. Take the 12% now then in 6 mos well give you the 3% and by the way bring in cash to cover the negative because the cars have depreciated below blue book.. gosh. No wonder the place is dead and has no customer base or traffic. I was hesitant because a co-worker had a similar experience with Mercedes but now I believe it. I told many of my other friends and co-workers about this experience and then the next day my neighbors were even telling me they've heard about my bad experiences at that dealership.. geeze word really gets out fast around Temecula/Murrieta. BTW: I went to BMW of Murrieta got my deal without any hassle... (they even gave me $2k more so $6k for my trade) what a difference. BMW won me over again.. Sorry Mercedes I tried but you keep letting me down. More

Couldn't get any help on the lot! Very rude! Was there for approximately 35 minutes looking at GLE 350's and nobody even asked if I needed help. Two salesmen strolled right passed me without even saying hello. I did have on my gym clothes because that's where I was going afterwards but that shouldn't have mattered. Never judge a book by its cover. So I'll take my pre-approval to Carlsbad...after the gym. Very rude!! More
