Another great experience! I wanted a Red sports car and again went back to Mercedes of Temecula and visited Jason Keck who had sold us 4 previous cars to my wife. We had looke I wanted a Red sports car and again went back to Mercedes of Temecula and visited Jason Keck who had sold us 4 previous cars to my wife. We had looked at the Porsche line and my wife liked the 718S and really liked it, but then I suggested the SLC300 and wanted all the bells & whistles which we knew would be an issue trying to locate one. Jason said, give me alittle time which I wasn't optimistic on but he always came through before so why not. In the meantime my wife took the car for a test drive and really liked it, and as it turned out they came up with the car in 4 days! Now 5 cars later we are done and can't say enough of the dealership, to their professionalism and upward. Deby in finance, Jackie who knows all on their cars and of course, Jason who we give a hard time too especially my wife, but we really like going there as we feel comfortable with no pressure and really nice people. We are done buying cars for awhile, but will be back for the car washes and lattes!! JIm Truax More

Exceptional Service and Professional Staff I've owned Jaguar, BMW and Cadillac vehicles but have never owned a Mercedes. Being a business owner myself I not only understand the importance of building a relationship with your clients but can see this important detail has not been lost with MB of Temecula. In business so heavily run by the internet its refreshing to find a dealership that hasn't forgotten it's the people that make the difference. Buying a new vehicle should be a positive experience but often it becomes a battle of wits between the sales department and the buyer. Gone are those days. During our first service my wife and I were standing in the service bay and out comes Antony to say hi. Our purchasing process started with Ashley Harris, Sales Manager, who provided us with all the information required to make a purchase...friendly, knowledge, and professional. Ashley had Cody Jensen! Sales, give us a demonstration ride in the S550...very helpful. Ashley, also, had Andreas Bellgardt, Sales and Leasing Consultant, provided us with the operational detail. He, too, was exceptional...very knowledgeable. We were impressed with his patience in educating us on the operational features of a very sophisticated and hi-tech S550. He will follow-up in a couple of weeks with a personal visit to complete the educational process. The culmination of our sale ended with Andreas introducing my wife and me to Robert Burt, Finance Manager. He, too, demonstrated the same traits as Ashley and Andreas, Robert explained the Wheel/Tire Protection Plan and the Extended Maintenance Plan, both of which we purchased. My wife and I are in our eighties and all of these gentlemen showed us respect and patience that enabled us to make our purchasing decision...very impressive. Finally, all of the personnel we came in contact wth, during our visit, were friendly and helpful. All in all, an "Exceptional Buying Experience!" More
