Quick diagnosis of ML350 "Blind Spot Inoperative" message I brought my 2011 ML350 for service because of a "Blind Spot Inoperative" message I noted on my dashboard which is manifested by my car's side mirrors I brought my 2011 ML350 for service because of a "Blind Spot Inoperative" message I noted on my dashboard which is manifested by my car's side mirrors inability to display the red warning signal when an approaching vehicle on either side is within the signal range of the built in blind assist sensor. So I brought my car in a Saturday afternoon and was referrred to Service Rep Justin Nelson who immediately obtained the details of the sensor issue and scheduled my car for service the following Tuesday. As always as a frequent Mrecedes Benz customer, I was offered a loaner which was pre-arranged by Justin before I arrived. The loaner was a brand new GLK 350 which I felt happy to have as my temporary ride while my car was being service. The following day Justin called me up regarding what caused the sensor to be inoperative which was due to a wiring which was not reconnected properly by the Temecula autobody shop which repaired my rear bumper as result of an accident I had the week before. Justin provided me the specific details which the mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the blind assist inoperative issue. As always, I was satisfied with the positive outcome of the repair and the excellent service and workmanship of the MB Temecula service staff who quickly restored my car back to its operational status. Thanks primarily to Justin who professionally coordinated the repair and the rest of the service staff who made my visit very pleasant and hassle free. Thanks MB Temecula for the outstanding service you provide to your customers. You're definitely the best auto dealership/service in town. More

I told him I would come by and take a look, he was waiting for me out front with the car pulled up front as well. This is our second car that we've purchased from Mercedes Benz of Temecula, our first purchase was after we traded in our BMW X5. We were frustrated with the service we had been receiving with BMW Murrieta, the staff at Mercedes Benz made it very easy to walk away from BMW. We've never looked back! The customer service is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL!!! More
