New Fletcher Jones Family Members From the moment we walked onto the Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz dealership in Temecula we were greeted by Charley who iintroduced us to Chad their sal From the moment we walked onto the Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz dealership in Temecula we were greeted by Charley who iintroduced us to Chad their sales associate. Chad was very knowledgeable about each of the different models features. There are SO MANY Mercedes models and styles all unique for each car. So having someone who isn't just there to sell you a car but rather someone who helps you find the RIGHT car for YOU was a HUGE benefit to us. Chad went the extra mile in making sure we test drive each model that we were interested in and there were many! We were there for almost half a day because we test drove so many models. The joke around the dealership was that they had more cars in the back that needed some exercise! Chad took his time and never made us feel rushed. We did not but a car that day. But instead we came back and bought TWO. Melanie Rhoan another sales associate and co-worker of Chad's took care of us the next day. Chad came in early on his day off to set up the ones that we were most interested in buying. Melanie took it from there when we arrived in the afternoon. She has such a positive and great energy. She is one of those kind of people that when you meet them you will never forget them. We were only planning on buying one car. Melanie changed all that when she worked out a lease for a convertible that my wife fell in love with. John the Sales Manager wss fantastic! Always checking in with us after test drives and throughout tge whole process not just at the end like most sales managers do when they jump in with their numbers. John makes sure you are happy with everything from the beginning and throughout the entire process. He even checked on us after the sale when we were in finance. Since we were becoming part of his family the nee joke was that my wife was really his sister. At this dealership you don't just buy a car and that's the end of it. When you buy a car here you become part of the Fletcher Jones Family. The hidden value in this is priceless! From free car washes for lifetime and many other perks including free homemade coffees from a Barista Bar while you wait for services. Just another Perk (no pun intended right). And it didnt end after finance. They then park your car in a VIP room where Jonathan will take pictures of you and your new car and then he shows you how to use all the buttons and features and he even pairs your phone to the cars system. Jonathan's attention to detail is not jist how well dressed he is but how intelligent he is in showing you everytging and really connecting YOU to your car! From beginning to end it was THE BEST car buying experience that I have ever seen. Awesome experience and patience from staff I have been searching for a Mercedes Benz for 10 years for my wife. I was finally in a position to buy one for our 25th Anniversary this September 19t I have been searching for a Mercedes Benz for 10 years for my wife. I was finally in a position to buy one for our 25th Anniversary this September 19th. Justin Putnam has seen me driving through multiple times through the lot and has kept in contact with me for the last few months and he said to let him know when I was ready. When my wife was ready to test drive Charles Arroyo helped us due to Justin assisting another customer. Charles Arroyo took the time to answer all of my questions even though being a salesman myself, probably asked way too many questions. He took my wife Jennifer and I for a test drive an a 2015 GLA 250 4-Matic and she was hooked and knew right then and there what she wanted. We went in and I told them I wanted to sleep on it but the floor manager, John, said he wanted to make us a deal that night and so he offered us a great deal since the purchase was for our 25th Anniversary. We ran through the process and everyone on your floor helped us, were patient with us and made us feel like family. We have heard about how awesome Mercedes Benz treats their customers but now experiencing it for ourselves for our first Mercedes Benz, we now know why it is "Legendary" service, especially from Fletcher Jones Motor Cars. Even when we were signing our paper work near 10pm, Jason in finance was completely focused and answered all of our questions and made us feel at home. And to end the night Charles even accompanied us home to collect the checks for the down payment (so much for not bringing the check book on purpose so I can "sleep on it"). We can not say enough about the Legendary service that we received, not to mention the new GLA 250 that is now parked in our garage for my wife. One of our best experiences of all was walking into the "Glass Room" and seeing our car polished and ready to go. What does Legendary Service mean to my wife and I? It's hard to explain unless you experience it and we now have. WE can't get enough of the GLA performance and can't stop talking about the new family we now have at Mercedes Benz in Temecula and the experience that we share with everyone who asks us. Just as a side note.... we knew it was the right decision because it just so happens that our first payment is due on September, 19th 2017..... Our 25th Anniversary date.
