We were turned 3 times before we talked to someone who could make a deal for the automobile we were interested in. After agreeing to purchase, we found out our credit had been checked without our knowledge. Our rating was about 830+ but even after deciding to buy and finance less than 50% of the purchase price, your dealership ran our credit again. Two in one day. Then your finance manager indicated she could meet the 1.9% rate we had with one of our financial institutions, we accepted, she processed the paperwork, had us sign and then after some discussion or review, wanted to back away from the finance deal because it was a 2018 vehicle, or something. We declined to accept and held her to the contract. One of the worst automobile buying experiences my wife and I have had. Delivery service was not a good experience as well. Service has been good. Fast honest service Came in for service. Car is as in limp mode. Already did lots of research online and forums so I already knew what was wrong with the car. Just unable Came in for service. Brought it to dealer and sales person was fast and honest. Responded same day and got the car fix in about 2 days. I always do the work on cars myself so I’ve never taken a car in for service at a dealership. This was my first time and it left a good impression on me and will come again for future services. Better to get it done right and more importantly recorded in the car’s history. Highly recommend this dealership and service department. Speak with Sam in sales, he’ll take care of you! More

Exceptional service experience While traveling, our C250 experienced a problem with the fuel delivery system. The service department understood our situation and was able to fit us While traveling, our C250 experienced a problem with the fuel delivery system. The service department understood our situation and was able to fit us in right away. Manny, our service representative, was very aware of our need to continue on our journey as soon as possible. In a couple of hours we were back on the road. During our wait, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and kept us updated with the status of the repair. Even though we were out of state residents and did not purchase our vehicle there, we were treated like royalty. We have never experience such courteous service anywhere!
