Buying my Mercedes was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I could not believe the quality of service and no pressure. The salesman should be commended for doing such a fantastic job. This was my first experience with this dealer, and the first time in a long time that I bought a used car instead of a new car. All of the "post-purchase" follow up (tag/title transfer, everything with my trade in, etc) was as smooth as the purchase process was for me. The only concern that I had was that the dealership only had one set of keys for my car, so I did have to go to the Acura dealer to buy another set of keys - by the way, not as inexpensive an endeavor as you may think. I do wish that I hadn't had to do that, but again, it was the only inconvenient thing encountered with my purchase and the only reason that I gave the dealer a lower score for customer service. More

Great experience! Found the car on the internet and worked with Keith to make it happen. Paperwork overnighted to me in Texas and completed and sent back to Tampa.
