I found a used car at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Kern Charles. The deal was fast and friendly. She provided me with her contact number, and called me back immediately with all of my questions. She went the extra mile to get me my second key fob, when it was not found in the car. Matt did a great job in the Finance department. This can be a stressful situation, but Matt put me at ease and was very knowledgeable about financing options to suit my needs. Kudos to my "M" Team!
