purchased a 2012 glk in 2011 had a $30000 loan approved by Mercedes Benz and purchased $5000 cashiers check decided on a color on dec 23 was to pick the car up by the end of the month. I lived in orlando and never went into the dealership i did have a signed loan agreement but they neglected to put the VIN on the app. the day i was to pick the car up they asked me to email them the registration on my current car my license and ins car. then they wanted the loan app again a few hours later when i was going to pick it up on Dec 29 they emailed me and said it was sold. no other glk's that color and they never offered me anything for the price they had agreed on. there was no written contract sent to me nor did they ask for a deposit so after waiting 7 days and on my way to pic the car up it was sold of course it comes down to money they got more from the other purchaser. they are sneaky, deceitful, and will sell the car out from under you if they get a better deal. As another MB dealership advised me you better check there Better Business record and when i did 22 complaints compared to other MB dealerships with 0 or 1 complaint that has to tell you that 20x the people who use this dealership are unhappy enough to file a complaint More
My husband and I went to the Tampa dealership because we bring our SL500 there for service. We started talking to a salesman about what we were looking for and he seemed to be very helpful. He asked if I would like to give the car I was interested in for a test drive but I said I didn't think I was ready to test drive yet. After he convinced me to test drive the car he said they would bring it down off the roof for me. We waited for a verrrrrrrrrrrrry long time to find out the sales person had handed us off to another sales person that was in training. He was unable to answer a lot of questions we had reguarding the car after we test drove it. It was very difficult for us to want to stay and make a deal that day but we were afraid we would have to go through this whole process again IF we came back another time. Maybe no one thought we were a serious buyer. We stuck it out for 3 1/2 hours that day. Later the next week when I called about when we would be coming from Fort Myers to sign the final paperwork and pick up our new car, I informed the 1st salesman, Anthony, of our experience with Chad. He apologized and took us in hand and then we recieved very good care and service. Maybe everyone was having a bad day but, we may not have continued with our purchase because of the customer service we recieved when we first arrived. At the end of the day I am very pleased with my new E350 and just wanted to say "Thank-you Anthony". More
When entering the Dealership, the greeter was in flip flops, and unkept. Our saleman Rusell, was a very Nice young man, he was a new Salesman, ttried very much to please, A new salesman on the floor sho flops, and unkept. The young lady that helped explain the features was very good and pleasant. Had to make 3 trips back to the Dealer in 2 days, last one being to sign a form again for USAA that was misplaced. All seemed to be rushed and unorganized. Salesman Ed was very helpful seasoned knowlegable professional, he did step in to help and was appreciated, he had his own work to do, but did take the time to sort some issues out, THANKS ED ! More

Mark and Tom had been great. Mr Edward Jablon seem to be just another used car dealer. Did appraise my trad-in Porsche 911 far under market price. Seem to be better fit for a usedcar lot than. This is by far the best Mercedes Dealership I have ever worked with. They have a seasoned professional service department and their technicians and advisors are the best I've ever worked with. I took a classic Mercedes to them for service and they knew exactly what to do, had the parts, or got them from the classic center in California. Their technician knew the classics and on every occasion did his work correctly the first time. Everything they did for me was priced fairly, done correctly, and timely. On top of that they always made sure the car was meticulously clean when it was returned. My Service Rep was STEVE DeHART, and the technician was M. CAVAGNARO THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP I WILL RETURN TO AGAIN AND AGAIN, FOR SERVICE, SALES & LEASING. More

This is my third Mercedes and would have to say this was my best car buying experience ever. Kern, Ryan and Matt were great. Due to my change in credit situation I thought it may be impossible to buy anot my best car buying experience ever. Kern, Ryan and Matt were great. Due to my change in credit situation I thought it may be impossible to buy another Mercedes. I spoke to various used car dealers along with some new and they really didn't seem to want to help me. Kern was very honest with me from the beginning along with the rest of the staff at the dealership. They really provided the best service possible and I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. If anyone has a little doubt about their credit I highly recommend that you see Kern and they will try their best to get you the vehicle to match your needs. I will continue to work with this dealership in the future and will be happy to refer anybody I know. Thanks again for the great experience. More
