We came to Mercedes Benz of Tampa to look for a 2008 535i on a whim at the last minute. When we arrived we almost left because we didnt see what we wanted. However, Tucked away further down the line was a perfect 07' 530i in the color that my wife and I loved. So we wanted to drive it! With that said, we had to go inside to request a salesman only because the other salesman was busy with another customer. We approched the sales counter and requested a salesman. We were then introduced to Jordan. He went the extra mile to make us feel appreciated from the get go. Jordan immediately pulled the 530 out and opened all the doors, hood and trunk. So we drove the car and Jordan did a gret job in steering us in the right direction to purchase this car. We wanted a 535i(twin turbos=h.p.)but with Jordans insight we just couldn't pass on the 07 530i. Now I can say after driving this BMW I am the happiest man ever and cant believe I've wasted my money over the past 10 years driving an Acura. Not to mention I purchased the Protector application (via Ryan) and I REALLY LOVED the C250 that I was loaned for the afternoon while my BMW was being serviced. However, I missed my tee time only because I spent a 1/2 hour waiting for Enterprise to get my rental car ready? I was really confused by this because they had what looked like 5 Mercedes staged and ready to go! Once again, I waited with my clubs in the service area. I ended up joining my group on the third tee. The Enterprise agents did offer to drive me to my tee time but what do I do afterwards, wait some more time for someone to pick me up? I dont like to be that guy waiting around which I didn't Thank You! More
Having bought more cars than I can count at MB of Tampa, one wouldn't think they could outdo themselves, but they did in spades. Not only are we delighted with the two 2012 E350 Coupes we bought, but the p one wouldn't think they could outdo themselves, but they did in spades. We've worked with Bernie for several years, and it's nice to have someone who knows us, understands our needs, and truly cares for our satisfaction. I built my dream Mercedes CLS 550 online and then went to the dealership and met Kern. I left with my dream car a few hours later. It was quite simply the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Talking to Kern was like talking to a long lost friend. He was very informative about the car and not pushy at all. Unlike many other dealers he even advised us of other options and incentives to help keep money in our pocket. He was with us the entire time and made sure we were well taken care of while waiting. We met with Matt to go over our financing and it went so quickly and smooth. Next it was time to meet Leslie to go over our cars features. I absolutely love the fact that Mercedes has a car specialist to show all features and answer any questions you may have...especially since these cars have so many fantastic features! Leslie was informative and very personable. She was the icing on the cake! I can honestly say I feel like I've met a new family with purchasing this car...I know I will have their support throughout my ownership of my Mercedes. I am not the easiest going car buyer. I've been kicked off two lots in Tampa because of dealing with slimy car salesman. My husband was quite terrified to look at cars again with me until we met Kern...if you want a car you must deal with Kern! I think it's definitely worked out in my favor since the purchasing process was so painless that my husband said he would purchase all of our other cars from Kern and Mercedes of Tampa! Candace R. Kern is very knowledgeable on all of the different Mercedes-Benz models and features. I didn’t feel under pressure with Kern and this was what I was looking for in a Mercedes-Benz salesman. I would definitely recommend Kern if you are looking for a new or used Mercedes. Kern is very personable and easy to work with. All departments at the Mercedes-Benz dealership on Dale Mabry in Tampa (Sales, Service, and Parts) have always provided an excellent customer service experience. More
