James is the "Trade Up" manager at MB of Tampa. When normal service revealed my older MB would need several expensive repairs, James helped me evaluate new car alternatives. I dealt with about a half dozen employees in purchasing a new car from this dealership. Their price was competitive and all of the employees were as pleasant as I've ever encountered. I had decided to trade in my 2010 Jeep due to the high gas prices. I visited Mercedes Benz of Tampa and was greeted by a bright smiling face by the name of Leslie. We walked the lot for 3 days straight lo gas prices. I visited Mercedes Benz of Tampa and was greeted by a bright smiling face by the name of Leslie. We walked the lot for 3 days straight looking for just the right car. After hard work, alot of patience and many diet cokes we found it, a 2010 Honda Accord. From the apprasial to the finance deptarment to service I was EXTREMELY happy with my experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. Well, to begin with Brandon was not only very friendly but also very knowlegable concerning the Smart car. He explained all about the way it is made and designed with safety in mind. Also, he and the manager Brett were excellent about working with us on the financing to keep the payments close to where my significant other wanted them. I was pleased with the whole process except one. I couldn't easily get the color that I really wanted but that was a minor point. Brandon even came and picked us up to finish the transaction after we were approved since we did not currently have a car. The car is great too. It's a little slow shifting into first gear but other than that it drives great, the A/C works great,the radio and the lights and windshield wipers all work great and it has numerous air bags.
