I had one of the best car experiences ever!!!! Chris sold us our white c-300 2010 and we love it he was very informative with everything and helped us the whole way. I recently had the occassion to interact and deal with one of your Selection Specialist, Kevin LeMay, on the leasing of a 2013 GLK-350. This was my 5th Mercedes going back to 1990, but the first time I h one of your Selection Specialist, Kevin LeMay, on the leasing of a 2013 GLK-350. This was my 5th Mercedes going back to 1990, but the first time I had leased or dealt with your dealership on anything other than service. My wife and I were looking around for a new vehicle, and had narrowed the search down to the Lexus RX, the Accura RDX, and the GLK-350. Last Saturday we decided to just drive down to your dealership and get a first-hand look at the GLK, and if we liked what we saw we should schedule a return visit to test drive one. It was our good fortune to run across Kevin in the show room and we started talking and we were very impressed with Kevin’s knowledge of the vehicle, his no-pressure approach to suggesting we drive one, and his very personable interaction with this potential customer. To make a long story short, we now have a 2013 GLK-350 sitting in our garage. All of the people we meet with at your dealership were excellent, but Kevin stands out, along with Alfonso in finance and Jackie in delivery coordination. It is a first rate crew that you have and I just wanted to express our appreciation for the opportunity to deal with them. More
This was my first time leasing a Mercedes after having previously leased two BMW's. My salesman was Jared White and he was a pleasure to work with. A week after leasing the C63, I noticed a slight scratch on the windshield. I called up Jared and he immediately took care of scheduling an appointment with the service department to get the scratch repaired. I was impressed with how quickly this issue was resolved and I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tampa to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I had to speak to 5 different people to get the information I wanted, the first two salesmen gave me wrong information about the car's features, and were difficult to communicate with. If I had the time to drive to another city and buy my car from another dealership, I would have. On my third visit, I spoke with Jared White, who was more helpful and professional than the first two associates and helped me close the deal. His boss, John, was also more helpful than the first two managers I spoke with during my first two visits. I still have questions that were never answered about the car, but it’s too late now. I definitely felt rushed throughout the whole process. Honestly, this is the level of service I would expect from a Kia, not a Mercedes. The delivery process could have been better as well, including the paperwork and the orientation phases. Overall, I was not satisfied with the level of professionalism at this dealership. More

This was my first experience with a car dealership and it was a pleasant one. Pat handled all the documents over the phone and made sure everything was in order before I got to the dealership. I came all the way from Miami by train and Chris was waiting for me at the station ahead of time. Chris was kind and very honest during the test drive and finally Zack was very helpful with the final closing of the deal. My drive back home was as expected; the car was a pleasure to drive and did not complaint for a bit in all the 300 miles. They presented the car with a full tank and I was impressed by the efficiency of this 4.3 V8, it only used half of a tank, 22 mpg at 85 mph. Very friendly and professional team to work with. More
