About 6 months ago I contacted the dealership and spoke with Chris Pelletier. He kept in contact with me to see if I was still interested in purchasing a car but I didn't have the time to get to the dealer with Chris Pelletier. He was not pushy but let me know that he was there when I was ready. The day I decided to take a test drive, Chris was with antoher customer and introduced me to Chad. Unfortunately, I had recently injured my back that week and was unable to get into a car for the test drive so they suggested I came back and showed compassion for the pain I was feeling. I went back 2 weeks later and worked with Chris, took a test drive, worked some numbers and drove away with my E350 hours later. Adil Zidouhia handled all my financing and he was very knowledgable and helpful. I learned a lot from him about my personal finances. He was amazing and so pleasant to work with. Dorothy helped me with the programming of the car and showing me how everything worked. I dealt with Jaleel a week later when I returned the car for the crystal fusion and lowjack and he was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new car and the service they provided. I can't say enough about the staff at Mercedes. I have recommended them to several people and will probably purchase a vehicle from them (Chris) in the near future. More

Mr. Payne was a pleasure to work with! He was very patient throughout the entire process and ensured we continued to search until he was able to get me into the right vehicle. In November 2012 I contacted MB of Tampa Bay inquiring for a very unique 2013 C350 with every package available (Including the Driver Assistance package which it was under limited availability). Chris matched my car perfectly on the MB system and responded with an offer I couldn't resist. I cancelled an order already in place at one of the Miami Dealers and proceeded to place a deposit with MB of Tampa. Later, Chris surprised me with a call letting me know that the car was in the MB system set for build ahead of the time that MBUSA gave me. The entire process was for my wife and I a real pleasure and the most professional I have ever experienced including when comparing with the Miami dealers in my area. We were shopping for a Certified Pre Owned E-Series Mercedes Benz, after visiting other dealers we found Mercedes Benz of Tampa to have the best quality vehicles in like new condition as we expected a Mercedes Benz, after visiting other dealers we found Mercedes Benz of Tampa to have the best quality vehicles in like new condition as we expected a CPO Mercedes to be. We found that in our opinion the other dealer CPO’s, were not in a like new condition and needed repairs that were mostly cosmetic. The staff at MB of Tampa was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our salesman Chris Pelletier was great as well as was Matt, Amanda and Rick. We highly recommend MB of Tampa and the staff and we plan to have all of our service completed at their location as well. Pretty much cut and dry my wife and I were driving by and seen a Mercedez-Benz Sprinter van that cought our interest, We decided to stop in and check it out. I gave him a deposit and told him I that my wife and I would be going to lunch and I will finish all the paperwork tomorrow. He called me later that day and I gave him all of the information to put on the paperwork and we agreed on a time and I came in the next day to finalize and pick up my new vehicle. When I arrived it was washed and ready to go. I would recommend this dealership to someone looking for good customer relations. More
