Thinking of making a car purchase in a few months, on the evening of 3/14/13, I visited MB of Tampa to see what vehicles they have plus what promotions they had. I was immediately & enthusiastically greeted before I had completely halted my car. Everyone I met in the vast showroom was jolly and extremely pleasant. I had an appointment with Adil Zidouhia, who I was referred to by a close family friend. I was immediately ushered into his office where I met Manny Mptias who quickly got all of us some Espresso from their cafe. There was a very easy camaraderie between us. Even though I was not ready to purchase, Manny spent considerable time walking me through the E-Class which is what I wanted. As soon as I sat in the 2013 E-Class, I was immediately SOLD. I still wanted to sleep on the decision so I barely was able to resist the urge & offer to take a car home for the evening. I was going out of town for the weekend so on Monday, 3/18/13 I was back and within barely 30 minutes (shorter than it has taken to check out some rentals) I was getting my new car orientation! The funny thing was that even before I signed the paperwork, I was already inspecting MY new car parked in the ‘sold’ bay and being introduced to the team. What a pleasant experience! No pressure tactics, very low key easy conversation. The next day, Pat McFarland and Manny were super helpful when I came in for window tinting. Manny and Adil are super-talented, jovial, pleasant and committed to their customers. They went above and beyond to provide world-class service worthy of the product at a great price. I am a customer for life. FYI - This was a far cry from the reception I received a week earlier from a competitor MB dealership in a neighboring county where I bought my previous car. Since I was not ready to buy, I did not get to see the interior of their cars, let alone test-drive. Potential transactions were handled by email without testing the product. Lost opportunity. More
