I had a really good experience with Mercedes Benz of Tampa. I was purchasing my first car and Brandon Martinez was very frank, honest, and did not try to push me to get something I didn't want. He explained all of the features of the car and answered my questions patiently. He gave me time to make a decision and stayed in contact with me before and after the sale. The only part of the experience that I didn't care for was the experience in the finance department. I had recently gotten my credit report and score and knew that my score was excellent but I felt that I was given the run around when we were discussing financing options and interest rates. I am pleased with how the financing turned out, but could have done without the headache. Because of the excellent sales staff and the general experience overall, I look forward to working with Mercedes Benz again. Also, as a side note, I was incredibly impressed with the artists café and the employment opportunities given to people with autism. It was amazing to see Mercedes Benz giving back to the community in such a way. More
