Mercedes-Benz of Tampa

I have been shopping for a very clean low mileage C350 for the past couple of weeks. I visited dealerships in NJ, PA, Atlanta, Montgomery and Pensacola to no avail. On a business trip to Tampa I dropped for the past couple of weeks. I visited dealerships in NJ, PA, Atlanta, Montgomery and Pensacola to no avail. On a business trip to Tampa I dropped into MB of Tampa and met Ed Burke. I explained to him what I was looking for and he walked me around looking at his inventory. They were all pretty much out of my price range. The last car he showed was a near perfect E350 beautiful car, but just out of my budget. I was honest and told him what I could afford and he made the deal happen. Lorenzo Hubbard wrote up the deal and had me on my way in no time. This is what excellent customer service is all about. We have had the best experience with this dealership, and we have been to several. We saw a Ford Windstar with low, low mileage, and at a great price. Chris Pelletiere was our sales person, and he was great! There was absolutely NO haggling and NO pressure, 2 qualities we did not get from the other dealerships. The Windstar was everything Chris said it was, and more! We feel confident in buying a used car at Mercedes Benz of Tampa, because of the expectations they have of their new cars. When it came time to put in a purchase order to our credit union (Publix Employee Federal Credit Union), Lorenzo was very fast and explained everything. Even when our credit union came back and said they wouldn't give us a loan for the price Mercedes Benz of Tampa was asking for, Chris was able to work with us and get the price reduced even more!!! We thought the price MBoT was asking for was a great deal, and for them to let us have the Windstar for even less, brought tears to our eyes. Since our only car was considered totaled from an accident in May, and after bad experience, after bad experience from the other dealerships, our 2 month search for a car was finally over. We would like to say a big THANK YOU to Chris and Lorenzo for helping us see a light at the end of the tunnel!! More
