This dealership cannot be trusted when it comes to pricing the vehicles. They advertised the C350 for $27,851. I go there to buy the car, test drive it, start working with the salesman on the workshee pricing the vehicles. They advertised the C350 for $27,851. I go there to buy the car, test drive it, start working with the salesman on the worksheet. The salesman comes back and tells me we advertised the price wrong. The car had a label of $29,991 which on the internet was reduced to $27,851. The sales managers talk this out and tell me if I buy the car tonight then they would sell it to me for $29,991, if not they will be raising the price to $33,991. The managers blamed the third party they use for internet advertising. I suggested they should charge that company and not me for the wrong price. Tom Fallon, the sales manager thought it was funny and laughed. This to me was very unprofessional. And I asked him who was the GM of the dealership and his response was there are 5 million owners/stock owners. These people think they know it all and think the customers are dumb. I know that mercedes has stock holders but I was asking for someone higher up than him. I was seeing the price of this car go up as if I was in the NYSE in just a matter of 10mins. So the next day I call the dealership to speak with the GM, Bob Murray. Of course, he is a busy guy but was too busy to return my call. All in all, I would warn people going to buy from these guys. They think customers are dumb and will pay whatever they ask them to pay. Jerry's knowledge and expertise was first rate and he patiently explained the many advantages in purchasing this SUV. From A to Z, the process was absolutely flawless, and I could not be any happier. MBOT factory ordered my new 2014 E63 AMG back in April, the process was smooth and the car was exactly as ordered. The communication through the ordering process was better than anyone else could ask for, including photos of the car the DAY it arrived at the dealership from the factory "still in the plastic", constant updates throughout its build cycle, and just consistent perfect service at all angles, including from both the sales and service department. Best of all, they got me the FIRST ONE in Tampa. The negotiation process was also seamless, even though I ordered a very desirable "specialty" car, I still got a great price all the way through, all of the horror stories you read about buying a car simply did not exist in this transaction. On delivery day, everyone I encountered (even people not involved in the deal) were happy, upbeat and welcoming. The dealership has so much positive energy it really makes you feel comfortable. The dealership is also beautiful, clean and very easy to access. They even give customers free carwashes whenever the service department is open! Thank you guys for the great transaction. More

While the car was en route to thew USA Thomas kept me up to date with shipping information and ETA in the USA. All together a fantastic experience! After the car arrived, all the financial paperwork was done by Adil (Adam) Zidouhia. He really took the time to explain all the different payment options, maintenance options and worked me to get get the best payment plan for me! Also this was a very professional experience. After these experiences I feel part of the Mercedes Benz of Tampa family. More
