I have been most impressed with TOM FRANKIE as the sales person at this dealership, where I have traded a 2011 E350 Bluetec for a 2014 E350 recently. Tom was most accomodating and knowledgeable about the new cars I was looking at. He exhibited great patience during my investigation of a new vehicle, from the test drive, through the selection of the extra features. He was easy to work with during the negotiation phase for a deal. There were no signs of typical sales tricks, or undue sale pressures common in the trade. This was most appreciated us. It made the buying experience at this dealership a memorable event. I bought a new 2014 E350 for a good and fair price, and a reasonaable trade-in value for my old E 350.
