Mercedes-Benz of Tampa

I went to Mercedes Tampa to see a vehicle I had seen advertised. Jared listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me that turned out to be a different versi advertised. Jared was effective, smiling and relaxed through the whole process. The negotiations was like every negotiation is, but everything was in a very pleasing manner. The whole crew worked well together to deliver the car and taking in my trade in just an hour after. The car had two very minor things on the interior that needed replacing and Jared pointed those out to me almost before I had the time to. We made a due bill to have them replaced later. Even before I got home from the dealership Jared had followed up and wanted to schedule an appointment to have it repaired. That "after purchased" service level tells you a lot. I`d love to buy a car from him again, and probably will :-) More

I have been most impressed with TOM FRANKIE as the sales person at this dealership, where I have traded a 2011 E350 Bluetec for a 2014 E350 recently. Tom was most accomodating and knowledgeable sales person at this dealership, where I have traded a 2011 E350 Bluetec for a 2014 E350 recently. Tom was most accomodating and knowledgeable about the new cars I was looking at. He exhibited great patience during my investigation of a new vehicle, from the test drive, through the selection of the extra features. He was easy to work with during the negotiation phase for a deal. There were no signs of typical sales tricks, or undue sale pressures common in the trade. This was most appreciated us. It made the buying experience at this dealership a memorable event. I bought a new 2014 E350 for a good and fair price, and a reasonaable trade-in value for my old E 350.
