I live in central Florida about 2 hours from Orlando and Tampa; however since I'm always in Orlando I first called the Orlando Mercedes Benz dealership and they did not like their customer service over the Tampa; however since I'm always in Orlando I first called the Orlando Mercedes Benz dealership and they did not like their customer service over the phone!! They lied to me over the phone stating they had a brand new CLA at the dealership just to get me to drive 2 hours....I knew they were not being honest because the car was not released till September 20!!! Sooooooo I decided to contact Mercedes Benz of Tampa and I'm SO GLAD I DID!!! The receptionist transferred to Thomas Franki, who literally sold me the car over the phone!! I couldn't wait to get into a new CLA250!! Based on Thomas Franki's expertise and knowledge, I decided to go ahead and get finance approval over the phone, and spoke with Zack Kelley, who essentially got me pre-approved over the phone. I ordered the exact vehicle I wanted and put a deposit down to reserve my new Mercedes. After a few days, Thomas called me and advised the vehicle was in! I then traveled 2 hours to the dealership to finalize my purchase and everyone was so accommodating!! I normally hate going to car dealerships, but the overall experience was an absolute pleasure and I will DEFINITELY go back to Mercedes Benz of Tampa!!! I can't say enough about the staff and I look forward to purchasing my next Mercedes Benz with them!!!! Thank you so much for my new beautiful car and you've officially turned this BMW girl into a Mercedez Benz gal!!! :) I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.....well actually I already have!!! In late August I had one of the most frightful experiences of my life: driving through a heavy storm on a local highway, a sudden angry series of lightning strikes caused my new 'E' to immediately experiences of my life: driving through a heavy storm on a local highway, a sudden angry series of lightning strikes caused my new 'E' to immediately stall in the middle lane. My electrical system was fried! Needless to say, I had a LOT of angry drivers screaming obscenities at me because I had just 'caused' a huge traffic pile up in the rain. After the Roadside assistance, towing, sheriffs and expected processes, Mike Nankovitch was calm and attentive, in spite of my frazzled nerves. After a 2.5 hour wait for towing services in the rain, I admit I was not very pleasant. Mike, on the other hand, was über-professional and calming. During the entire 3 weeks that my car was in the shop he called me twice daily with status updates. He always maintained a pleasant demeanor. I am extremely happy with his assistance and would like to recognize his professionalism & composure. More

I recently purchased a Mercedes C250 from Mercedes of Tampa. From my initial point of interest to the purchase and then final delivery of my vehicle, I was treated like royalty! From the moment you enter the showroom, you are warmly greeted, always offered a beverage whether you are there just looking or if your waiting to meet with someone. Everyone treated me courteously and with respect, and at no time did i feel the typical "sales vultures" decent upon me like at some dealerships. No one tried to sell me things I didn't want or need, no one made me feel pressured. In fact, the guys I dealt with, Julian and Chad were absolutely awesome. Everything I asked for I got and more! I was originally shopping for Mercedes-Benz C 350coupe and went to several dealers in South Florida and got very competitive prices. I then contacted Mr. Ed Burke at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. He was not onl and went to several dealers in South Florida and got very competitive prices. I then contacted Mr. Ed Burke at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. He was not only able to beat the C 350 coupe prices that I had obtained in South Florida, but made the E 350 coupe lease very attractive. I actually ended up with a loaded E350 coupe which was just slightly higher than the budget that I had in mind for the C 350 coupe. Eddie Burke and his entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa were very helpful including Julian his manager. I opted for the VIP delivery program and the car was delivered to me in perfect condition and a representative from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, Moises did all the needed paperwork and showed me all the car's features.it was the smoothest auto purchase I ever have done.
