My wife and I were in the market for a new Mercedes GL 450. We of course visited our local dealer but unfortunately over an unpleasant two week period did not receive the service or terms we were expec 450. We took the extra hour to drive to Tampa from Sarasota to complete our purchase where we received the high level of service we have always been accustomed to with Mercedes. We were treated wih respect and not rubes to be had. A fear many share wgphen car shopping these days. These guys are gentlemen. The prep staff did a great job training us on the many bells and whistles that came with our new cars. The paperwork took 45 minutes. The entire transaction 3 hours and we left with two new 2014 feeling happy we had made a good choice to go with Mercedes of Tampa Bay. More
