My wife and I were in the market for a new Mercedes GL 450. We of course visited our local dealer but unfortunately over an unpleasant two week period did not receive the service or terms we were expec 450. I made one call to Mercedes of Tampa Bay and within minutes received a fair, straight forward committed price from Simon Tickett. We took the extra hour to drive to Tampa from Sarasota to complete our purchase where we received the high level of service we have always been accustomed to with Mercedes. We initially thought of replacing my existing Benz for a new one last summer. We perused models on line and were contacted by Cary Jedlovec. Upon our return, we were contacted and went in to do a test drive of the new CLA. We bought one, and my husband bought a new GLK at the same time. There was no pressure. No slick dealer tactics. We were treated wih respect and not rubes to be had. A fear many share wgphen car shopping these days. These guys are gentlemen. The prep staff did a great job training us on the many bells and whistles that came with our new cars. The paperwork took 45 minutes. The entire transaction 3 hours and we left with two new 2014 feeling happy we had made a good choice to go with Mercedes of Tampa Bay. More

I live in central Florida about 2 hours from Orlando and Tampa; however since I'm always in Orlando I first called the Orlando Mercedes Benz dealership and they did not like their customer service over the Tampa; however since I'm always in Orlando I first called the Orlando Mercedes Benz dealership and they did not like their customer service over the phone!! They lied to me over the phone stating they had a brand new CLA at the dealership just to get me to drive 2 hours....I knew they were not being honest because the car was not released till September 20!!! Sooooooo I decided to contact Mercedes Benz of Tampa and I'm SO GLAD I DID!!! The receptionist transferred to Thomas Franki, who literally sold me the car over the phone!! I couldn't wait to get into a new CLA250!! Based on Thomas Franki's expertise and knowledge, I decided to go ahead and get finance approval over the phone, and spoke with Zack Kelley, who essentially got me pre-approved over the phone. I ordered the exact vehicle I wanted and put a deposit down to reserve my new Mercedes. After a few days, Thomas called me and advised the vehicle was in! I then traveled 2 hours to the dealership to finalize my purchase and everyone was so accommodating!! I normally hate going to car dealerships, but the overall experience was an absolute pleasure and I will DEFINITELY go back to Mercedes Benz of Tampa!!! I can't say enough about the staff and I look forward to purchasing my next Mercedes Benz with them!!!!
