Our recommendation issued, regarding the brake pad wear, are based on MBUSA standards. We sincerely apologize that your expectations were not fulfilled with the odor in the car during your first appointment. Per the emails, I accepted responsibility for the vehicle's odor issue not being adequately resolved during your first visit. It did require a return appointment in which we worked diligently to remove the odor to your satisfaction.
