I am giving this dealership a zero for charging me for services that was not done to my car. I brought my car here back in November to get my car fixed for a leak. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Mercedes Benz of Sugar Land. My salesperson for both purchases was Pete Sanchez. My first purchase was an S560 and yesterday we purchased a GLE 450. When I purchased my first car, I had visited another Mercedes dealership as well. The experience could not have been more different. The other dealership did not listen or really took time to understand my needs. In fact the other salesman attempted to sell me a less expensive vehicle, however it lacked what I was looking for. When I arrived at Mercedes Benz Sugarland, I spoke with Pete Sanchez. His customer service skills are fantastic! Pete did a great job describing each car as well as asking me what I was looking for. A huge difference maker was Pete taking me on a test drive whereby he asked to drive first. By doing this he showed me all the features and benefits in the cars. He even drove into a darker area of the parking deck in order to demonstrate the difference color lights in the car. I would not have asked about all the things he showed me; however those things made making a buying decision easier. I had no further questions to delay the buying. In addition, I didn’t feel like he was trying to sale or push a vehicle on me. He was just great at providing information regarding the technology, features, benefits, and that made purchasing easier for me and my wife. Lastly, Pete is consistent with his customer service experience. He did this on the first purchase and he did it again 3 years later on my next purchase. I would definitely recommend Pete Sanchez and Mercedes Benz of Sugarland. More
