This dealership deserves ZERO stars! !!! This is the worst dealership experience ever!!! The customer service sucks! Management does not even respond nor properly address any issues. Ther !!! The salesman lied about the value of our trade-in just to make a sale. The salesman told us where they would list our vehicle and completed lie to us to devalue our trade by $10,000 just to make a sale! We only had the new vehicle two weeks now and only put 290 miles on it and literally just tried to trade it back, and the pre-owned car manager just devalued the new car by another $17,000!!!! That is a total of $27,000 they got from us!!! Work with OTHER Benz dealerships in the Houston area before this one!!! BENZ OF SUGAR LAND DOES NOT CARE ANY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NOR CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THE SALE!!! More
Called to get a quote for repair, transfered to the service department, put on hold for 21 min before i decided to call back, then they hang up on me, so i call back, they transfer me again and after w service department, put on hold for 21 min before i decided to call back, then they hang up on me, so i call back, they transfer me again and after waiting another 4 1/2 minute i give up. 2 minutes later someone from the service department calls me back and starts talking about something totally differen and when he realises the called the wrong person ythey hang up on me again. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTHY OF A LUXURY BRAND. WOW More

Next day they asked for more documentation then immigration. All sent all positive and verbally approved and asked to come in 1 hour to pick the car. 2 hours later I called as i was waiting and standby. In response they said tomorrow morning it will be ready. Kept following up for 5 days and no response. Today got call that lease rejected with no reason. Screwed my credit, paid for insurance which i have to pay the first month regardless and no explanation by Mercedes team. Super disappointed and frustrated. Never coming back to this branch who doesn’t have basics of customer service. More

Bought a used Mercedes amg gtc. My salesperson was Juan Lozano. I am from California and bought it out of State. Multiples times I asked Juan for record maintenance that this dealer My salesperson was Juan Lozano. I am from California and bought it out of State. Multiples times I asked Juan for record maintenance that this dealership did to the car (per Juan). He said that he will email it to me or put it in the car when it is shipped. Videos were quickly taken, when I asked him any paint chip or dent? No nothing. When I received the car, no maintenance records and no owner manual and quite of few paint chip. I call him back about the manuals, he said that he will take care of it and talk to his manager (every car should come with owner manual). It has been 45 days nothing, Juan is not responding to my texts and calls anymore. He doesn't care, he made his sale. I would strongly recommend to not buy from this dealership specially if you are from out of State. More

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland was extremely disappointing. End of November, I had found a car on their website that I was excited about and drove an hour to see it. However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that the car had some issues, including damage to the front bumper and steering wheel. Although the sales representative acted surprised, it was clear to me that these issues were not disclosed upfront in their posting; but, they offered to fix them right away if I wanted to go through with the purchase. So I chose to purchase, and was driving it fixed up by mid-December. To make matters more concerning, when I then tried to list the car on Turo, I discovered that it had an open recall. This was surprising because I specifically asked the sales representative about any alarming information in the car's history report, and was assured that it was clean. When I raised my concerns with the sales representative and later with the sales manager, James, I was met with a dismissive response. They claimed that since I bought the car "as is," I was responsible for any issues. Despite their initial promise to address the recall by January, it still remains unresolved. When I returned to the dealership this last weekend, James, the sales manager, only offered me trade-in value for the car. This left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability at Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland. Their actions have resulted in unexpected financial burdens and less money for my family. It is disheartening to think that the sales representative and sales manager are seemingly unaffected by the negative impact they have had on customers. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others considering doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland. It is important to thoroughly inspect any vehicle and ensure complete transparency before making a purchase. I’ve also learned that I cannot trust anyone at a car dealership. More
