I had anticipated a long wait since I didn't have an appointment and was told that there was only one mechanic on staff. Even so, I was out the door and back on the road again in just over an hour. What really made this a special experience is how well the staff communicated with me, giving me updates and including me in the process of repair. Being female, I have had my fair share of condescending attitudes when it comes to my car needs and repairs, so I really appreciate the staff taking time to explain each step, making me feel confident that I made the right choice when I placed my vehicle into their care. My loaner car was ready to go and performed exceptionally well. It was clean, sanitized and fueled up. Picking up my car was again efficient, thorough and professionally handled. My only suggestion is to make use of an electronic Apple Pay device, avoiding the necessity of handling credit cards. More
