My Service Advisor is good. But.... their communications are terrible. They don't answer phones. For this visit their computer was down and so they left me in the service lin But.... their communications are terrible. They don't answer phones. For this visit their computer was down and so they left me in the service line They told me a dozen times that i needed a recall but after bringing the car in they said i didn't need it. They told me tat the recall would take 90 minutes but they kept the call all day and did nothing. They can't fix my electric charge flap or my passenger door handle. On a previous visit it took 45 minutes for them to find my car. It's abysmal. More
