The service took five days(drop off Friday morning and took back the next Wednesday), and I didn't get a loaner car. The same afternoon I get back my car, the tire light is on. I can't believe it, I spent 1.6K for a service and the tire is not inflated. I checked the sheet and it cleared showed tire pressure is checked and correct. I don't know how they performed the service. I end up inflated the tire myself only because I don't have time to go there just for the tire. More

Once again the service and attention we received was first rate. Our 8 year old vehicle was experiencing an unusual malady, and the technicians were able to find and repair the problem quite efficiently first rate. My service representative, Charlie Fish, was introduced to me when I bought my car in 2014, and he had assisted me since then. He is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and unfailingly pleasant -- always to me when I bought my car in 2014, and he had assisted me since then. I'm happy with the overnight drop-off, and while I haven't used the shuttle service recently, I do appreciate the possibility. Unfortunately for you, because my wonderful car is so we'll cared for, it is unlikely I'll be buying a new one any time soon. Thanks. More
