I often conform to Susan’s recommendations and never feel I have been sold. There are many capable European auto alternatives for service that are much cheaper than the dealership. I choose to stick with Stevens Creek because there is zero risk on the workmanship and the interaction with Susan is always efficient, effective, and indicative of the highest standard in the customer service realm. My experience with the sale of a used car was good. But the experience of dealing with the car and the dealership/service department and the issues that came up the day after the sale were extraordinar But the experience of dealing with the car and the dealership/service department and the issues that came up the day after the sale were extraordinarily frustrating. I don’t feel like we were a priority because we didn’t purchase a Mercedes but a used car. The communication was frustrating between the advisor and our sales manager. Calls and e-mails were not returned or not returned in a timely manner. What would have taken a day to replace a part took and entire week and I was left without transportation. There is no way I would recommend this dealership after what I had to go through with this car. More

Dropped off my 550 for recall. Received text of receipt the next Morning. Not done. Said they had to hold over and reinspect. Not done again.. when I finally was told it was ready Received text of receipt the next Morning. Not done. Said they had to hold over and reinspect. Not done again.. when I finally was told it was ready to pick up I had to call in to see if it was done.. I arrived and had to wait in a huge line at cashier. Then another 1.5 hours because they could not find my paperwork or car. Finally I found the service manager and in turn he found the service Advisor. I asked the advisor why he wasn’t answering my texts.. “DEER in tye Headlighy!” Seriously? The manager Went to cashier and finally we found they had closed my repair order out and that’s why it’s wasn’t showing open and waiting to pick up.. they were able to reprint the Repair order and it had my Key tag #!! Thus they found my car… god help this establishment, It’s not rocket science. Then I find they didn’t even take down everything I put on the Early Bird to advise on.. no wonder this company sells out so often.. More
