It was good from the beginning of the service. But when I picked up the car, my car was so dirty without being washed. I requested again, that gentleman took my car to go through car wash process for me . I picked up the car, my car was so dirty without being washed. I made first service appointment online; text reminders were helpful. Nate listened to me about the history of the car. Waiting area was terrific for remote meetings. Whilst we didn’t buy our car at this dealership we do however use them for maintenance. The team are friendly, professional and always happy to assist. I never wait long for an appointment and always however use them for maintenance. The team are friendly, professional and always happy to assist. I never wait long for an appointment and always get a courtesy car this makes a huge difference because a don’t like e near by. Our car has had a few things done to it and we have always been very happy with the results we will continue to take our car there whilst we own a Mercedes. More

Susan Sulimani was amazing once again. My car needed repairs and complete AC sterilization to transport a seriously ill patient daily to Stanford. Turnaround was miraculous!!
