Definitely need improvement on covaid risk management. Service entry car driver who relocated nearly every car in for service had no face mask on. The car loaner rep didn’t have his nose covered. This is the BEST service team with which I have worked. I had a nail in my tire on Friday. I was due for service on Monday. They took my car, gave me a loaner and did the service on Saturday.
