Main issue: thought the company was reputable and therefore trusted the advisor, but I was lead to unneceassary services doubling the price. I asked for Service B. The advisor offered 'minimum', 'regular' and 'maximum'. Some items in the 'minimum' seemed unnecessary to me. He said, it is recommended, especially the brake fluid replacement. We scratched two wheel/tire related items, but left the brake fluid job. When I received the invoice at the end of the day, it said 'CUSTOMER requested 3 year 30,000 mile service' (for my 2 year old car with 7000 miles). As mentioned, I had requested a 'Service B' (oil change plus some filter). My car asked for it and the manual talked about it. At order time I did not receive a printed copy of what supposed to be done. I only saw (socialy distanced) a tablet. I did not see the key "3 year". On top of it I was also charged more than what he told me ($831 plus tax instead of $746 plus tax). Again, no written record leaves it to his word against mine. They nickel and dime you on top of that: One item said 'Remote battery', which means battery for the remote, "it is only a dollar", he said. On the invoice it said: $2.75 plus tax. They may have added labor as well. Conclusions left for the reader. More
