I schedule my E350 for annual routine service. The schedule was originally to be in two weeks. My service advisor found out and was able to schedule it to be much earlier and also gave a loaner c The schedule was originally to be in two weeks. At the routine service, my advisor found out my car need to do additional work for the repair. So they fix my car at one visit! More
My service manager, Danny Ho, has always help me with the servicing of all of our Mercs. I needed to have the scheduled service completed quickly and he was able to get the job completed well ahead of sched servicing of all of our Mercs. I took y MB to where I bought it, though there was a dealership closer to our house. I got there a little late for my appointment (15 min), and drove up and nobody came to greet me. I got out of the car dealership closer to our house. I got there a little late for my appointment (15 min), and drove up and nobody came to greet me. I got out of the car and stood around and then walked up where I saw someone taking care of a customer. She did ask me if I had an appointment and I said yes, she asked with whom and I told her. She then went inside and came out and said that person was not there today. I ended up getting someone else who explained to me the A and B service options. I went with B. I do not know if they were short of staff that day but seems like the initial contact should have been alot better. May try them again and see if short staff was the case if not, I will go to another dealership for servicing my MB. More
Although there were something mess up with appointment system, my service manager Mr. Fish helped me kindly to get the 1st year maintenance service. Had a very good service experience. My service manager, Ethan Kurtz helped throughout, gave plenty of suggestions, and was very cost effective. This review is based on the service department. I have taken my brand new car in at least three times for the same issue and had it returned with different issues and the old ones not being resolve I have taken my brand new car in at least three times for the same issue and had it returned with different issues and the old ones not being resolved. They make you seem like you’re crazy and that you should just be thankful for driving a Mercedes’. Listen, I’ve been driving them for well over 15 years and never had these issues. I would rather buy a car from competitor dealer than buy anything from Stevens creek. More
