God forbid if you have any issue or have to schedule an appointment, you will have to send them multiple emails and if you are lucky, you will get a response. Not sure why do they have a dedicated service appointment, you will have to send them multiple emails and if you are lucky, you will get a response. Not sure why do they have a dedicated service rep, why not let customers call and get one assigned? There is no value in a dedicated service rep since you are at their mercy to get a response. And don't get me started with the attitude of reps. And when you finally call and get an appointment, it will take you at least a few weeks to get one and more if you need a loaner. Even after reaching on time, I was told to hurry up since there is only 1 loaner left. I was turned back once for being 10 mins late since they didnt have any loaner cars left. This is not the service I would expect from a Mercedes Dealer. More
Service took forever and didn't start working until I call them. I had to chat them everyday to get them check my car. John Stansberry is always great to me. The loaner car was so helpful especially since they were under staffed and took several days longer than expected for a standard service. My wife and I were visiting California and our E350 needed its first service completed. We made a service appointment and when we arrived, we told Jim, the service manager, that we were getting back on needed its first service completed. We made a service appointment and when we arrived, we told Jim, the service manager, that we were getting back on the road right after the service gets completed. He initially said the car would be ready the next day but after hearing we were traveling, the service was completed in 1.5 hours. Impressive customer service. I do not have any experience with the sales department however, if their service department is any indication of how the dealership treats it's customers, I might just drive back to California for my next Benz.
