I live about an hour away and asked if they could have my car service done same day so I wouldn't have to come back the next day to pick up my car. Since there was a lot to do, it wasn't guaranteed they cou car service done same day so I wouldn't have to come back the next day to pick up my car. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/5/22 at 3pm as scheduled and picked up the loaner. The next day I received an email from the advisor Nathaniel Jones on the service to choose from. I chose Value package wh and picked up the loaner. The next day I received an email from the advisor Nathaniel Jones on the service to choose from. I chose Value package which included remote key battery, so I told him that the battery was just replaced a couple days ago. He agreed to take the battery charge out. However, when we picked up the vehicle at 5pm the remote key battery charge was still included in the invoice but he was not available to discuss and make adjustment. I emailed him the next day (10/7/22) but as of today (10/10/22) I haven’t heard from him. Regarding the loaner, we understand we need to have the full tank of gas upon return. But we didn’t do so because we want to talk to the loaner staff on how much we need to refuel. Unfortunately when we returned the loaner on 10/6/22 at 5pm, there was no staff available on the loaner department but we were told to just leave the loaner. Two days later which was 10/8/22 we received a billed from loaner department with charge of $24 for the 24 miles we have driven. We only drove the vehicle round trip between your dealership to home and dint drive anywhere because we have EV at home. The unavailability of the loaner staff was one problem. Charging $24 for 24 miles was another problem. After reading this long response, I hope you can fix these 2 charges. Thank you for your time. More
I had a good time with the Service of my Car, a 2019 GLC 63 AMG. I brought it in on Monday October 3rd, and them keeping it for 2 Days. Did some shopping, went to the Beach, and picked up my Car 2 Days l 63 AMG. I brought it in on Monday October 3rd, and them keeping it for 2 Days. Did some shopping, went to the Beach, and picked up my Car 2 Days later, all ready to go.. There was a question about the Air Conditioning that was checked and done. Susan Sulumani was very Nice. I have no qualms about the service center. I have serious qualms about my having to pay for my own navigation card, that did not come with the purchase of this car. I have gone around and around, and finally gave up and paid the $650 which seriously, should not have been my expense. How do you sell a Mercedes Benz without a GPS card in it?? That is ridiculous. I have had more than one luxury vehicle serviced at a dealer over the last decade and just had my first experience bringing a car in for service at Mercedes Stevens Creek. Communication was terrible, my vehicle was there for over 3 weeks with no progress to the repairs needed, and was damaged in their lot. After being so fed up with the lack of progress, I ended up having the car towed to another repair shop. Getting the vehicle out of this service center was the best decision I made throughout the entire process. It was done in less than a week. I never had these kinds of issues at BMW, Audi or Jaguar and am so disappointed. Ultimately you get what you pay for, keep this mind if you're thinking about a Mercedes. They are not made how they used to be (you will see this for yourself when they give you a loaner car) and customer experience is far from luxury. More
