Steve Kirsky is the best service provider anywhere-we use this dealer which is further away only because of him. The phones are terrible -often no one answers and when they do the person is unable to talk t this dealer which is further away only because of him. This is Mercedes not Toyota-an operator should immediately answer with immediate access to the person who can answer to the question or resolve the issue-as happened at Park Ave Motors and every other Mercedes shop we have used, we have used several when traveling and our closer shop. We are busy and expect prompt service and answers. I have considered the closer dealership several times because of this and when Steve retires (hopefully never) I (and my husband who also has a Mercedes) will switch if this isn't changed. I will also consider a car other than Mercedes when I need a new car as part of what kept me coming back was the ease of and excellent service at Park Ave Motors In PA which sadly no longer exists. Stephen Kirksey quickly assisted to transport my GLC 300 with a dead battery from my home to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. This battery was tested thoroughly and found to be bad. A new battery was install with a dead battery from my home to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. This battery was tested thoroughly and found to be bad. A new battery was installed. Stephen also got a multi-point inspection performed at no charge and requested exterior courtesy wash. As promised, my vehicle with a new battery was ready next day. More

My first service experience after owning a MB GLE, and MB of Stevens Creek exceeded my expectations by resolving all mentioned issues.
