I went to other Mercedes and I cannot stress enough, Steve Creek Mercedes is the best dealership I have ever went to, and I am very pleased with Charlie the service manager, JP service advisor, Nate a Steve Creek Mercedes is the best dealership I have ever went to, and I am very pleased with Charlie the service manager, JP service advisor, Nate advisor in the pass, he is excellent as well . Their service department and Marvin in Sales is very knowledgeable in electric cars, the whole staff in the team are absolutely incredible. I give them all five stars. I went to other dealerships and I was not pleased at all. I came back to Stevens Creek and I always drive 2 1/2 hours because of the Excellent service and I told my family and friends about this dealership. I am very pleased, I had the tow guy to bring my car in and Roadside Assistance sent it to the dealership that sold me the car in the Dublin area. I told them to reroute my car to Steven Creek Mercedes service department trust me I will never bought my car at that Dublin dealership, I was in a hurry, and no one had the car, but this particular dealership this time I will be very patient and just order the car at the Autonation dealership. I bought close to 20 cars throughout the Autonation dealership and I am very happy with their services. The team treats, my family and myself with courtesy. It is very important to have excellent customer service, because we are stressed out when we come into the dealership to purchase or to get our car fixed. When the tow truck brought my car in every body was helpful, I watch them work as a team with a smile I looked at their body languages and their facial expressions, and they were happy to help each other , thank you again Autonation for helping me and I am pleased with the Roadside Assistance of Mercedes. They had to reroute my car and just to keep me happy because I did not want my car in the wrong hands of another dealership. The road assistance was very patient from Mercedes-Benz and they made sure that I was happy. It was a distance away, but they did it , now I am very happy and I wanted to stress out to everybody. You also have a excellent mechanics that was able to put Love back into my car so we could be back on the road again. I want to thank you and your team for keep up the good work because customers really need the love and the care because we’re all stressed out and we really need your support. Majority of these other Mercedes dealerships are not too friendly not saying all of them just majority and it does make a difference. Thank you for helping me and letting me go back home in my car with a smile. My heart and nerve's was so happy with piece of mind that your staff care about me and my car. I was Miss informed when purchasing my vehicle that certain upgrades were available, when they actually were not compatible with the model I purchased. I would have choose a different vehicle with the certain upgrades were available, when they actually were not compatible with the model I purchased.
