Service Dept. understaff? I was there 3 times on a separate occasion ( Car drop-off, Car loaner replacement, and Car pick up) - a lot of customers were waiting out understaff? I was there 3 times on a separate occasion ( Car drop-off, Car loaner replacement, and Car pick up) - a lot of customers were waiting outside clueless on whether or not they're going to get help. I was one among them looking for any personnel but nobody was there outside of the service dept. Other customers even approached me asking me for help. I said "I don't work here". After between half-hour to 45 minutes of waiting outside while missing work I finally found someone - unfortunately, the service advisor was not friendly and, after looking at the dent the Sales Manager who sold me the car and promised to repair the dent (after I bought the car from your dealership and my bank sent you $30K to fully-paid my car) the Service Advisor gave me wrong information about the repair to be performed on my newly-purchased car. He said they will have to keep my car for 3 weeks because they will have to put in new bumper on my car. They kept my car for 3 weeks and, when it was time to pick up my car I found out they did only a paint job to cover the dent when he told me during drop-off that they will put in a new bumper for my newly purchased car. Also, I requested sanitation and car wash before picking up my car but the service advisor declined. My car was left outside during a stormy couple of days and heavy rain so when I picked up my car I asked the valet where my car was and that's what he told me. More
Wheel Repair, Took longer than expected, failure to communicate between in departments..after 45 minute drive to the dealership I Expeted to take my wheel home on that day, as my car was grounded on 3 communicate between in departments..after 45 minute drive to the dealership I Expeted to take my wheel home on that day, as my car was grounded on 3 wheels..While at the Dealership the paited the wheel to look as new.. But had not repaired the leak. I was sent home and told I would get it delivered the next day to my home. Service person showed up at our home another day late, stated he was there to put the repaired wheel back on my car.. But he didn't bring the wheel with him......He did return later that day and did the insall for me on his day off although luckily we were home as we never got a call..not recommending the dealership for today...be better,,, More
Great customer service and fast delivery.
