I would give it a zero score if possible. I am very disappointed with this dealer and the service representative, Erica. I sent my car in for scheduled maintenance and to address an engine I am very disappointed with this dealer and the service representative, Erica. I sent my car in for scheduled maintenance and to address an engine light issue. After the service was completed and I got the car back, the service due note was still on, and the engine light was still on. It seems like nothing was fixed. Erica explained that the technician forgot to turn off the service note and they thought the engine light issue was resolved by replacing a cap. (They didn't even test drive the car to verify the fix?) The second time, they charged me another $868 to fix the engine light issue with a multi-point inspection included. However, it's clear they did NOT do the inspection because a low tire pressure warning was showing right after I got my car back. I complained about all of this before posting, but Erica has not responded for days. I completely do not trust their service and will never go there again. More
The car service was done very well. Mentioning since I was a first time customer in this dealership. Also the time estimates provided could have been better and planning about the rest of the week would have been smoother. More

Had my car breakdown the night before a plan trip with multiple people where I needed the vehicle dealership was able to get fixed even staying after the 6 o’clock closed time on a Saturday night I did ha multiple people where I needed the vehicle dealership was able to get fixed even staying after the 6 o’clock closed time on a Saturday night I did have to get it towed. I’m hoping Mercedes-Benz USA will pay for the towing so far out of my pocket. More
