Things have changed. This new generation of staff Have no regard to customer service. No since of urgency. If they got paid for smiles, they would be totally broke. It’s sad that the name Mercedes Benz is so under represented here. The name itself wreaks class & respect. Not here. Retraining needs to happen soon. Emphasis on respect, customer service and just say hello when you see people on the property. A smile is free. A smile could be a determining factor of someone buying a car or not. They don’t know who is a “ stakeholder” or not. The name MERCEDES BENZ!!!! Should mean something to everyone that works there. More

Car was taken on Thu and left unattended for 4 days but was told stories about how long it was taking to diagnose my problem. Then car was returned as fixed but when I took home, the check engine light cam was told stories about how long it was taking to diagnose my problem. Then car was returned as fixed but when I took home, the check engine light came back again. When I was taking my car back, another customer also came saying they returned her car without fixing the problem. This shop has gone down significantly over past few years. I would rate them D. More
