Five star review for my Service Manager, John S. : he was honest, upfront, direct, professional and caring in his communications. People likely don't like 'surprises' when it comes to maintenance costs. They did what they said they were going to do and I was immediately informed of the status of service along the way. Everyone from the people who met me at drop off, to the cashiers, to the loaner team were friendly, professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing which goes to improve the customer's overall experience. Do I wish the costs were lower? absolutely! But costs are beyond their direct control. More
Great service at all, but pick-up process was not good. I used the pre-paid for the service at on-line on my smart phone. However that evidence of payment did not help for picking up my car after the ser I used the pre-paid for the service at on-line on my smart phone. At that time, I needed to look for any of advisors more than 30mins to get payment evidence ( a paper receipt with their stamp ), even after that there were not enough number of staff for servicing pick up cars.. I saw many customers were waiting on the line.. I was a bit tired at the last part of the service on the day. More
